e-grantz is web based solutions for the timely disbursement of educational assistance to all the postmatric students of SC, ST, OBC as well as economically weaker sections of society in Kerala. It provides provision for making online application, processing and sanction of educational assistance. This project benefited 3 lakhs students across 3463 educational institutions across the state and has brought transparency and accountability in the system.
Steps for SC/ST department e-Grantz Online
Click on the link http://www.e-grantz.kerala.gov.in/ApplicationSearch.aspx
Follow the following steps
Step 1: Click on New Entry (new applicants)/Update Existing Entry (For students already have an e-grantz account Number Applicants )
Step 2: Select Your Caste from the Given list /Select year of Study/Select District (where you study)/ Institution Name/ Course Name.
Step 2: Enter Name, Date of Birth, Sex, SSLC/CBSE/ICSE Register number, Full Address
Step 3: Enter caste and religion as in the certificate from the Revenue Department
Step 4: Enter Parent’s name, religion, caste and occupation and other details in the form
Step 5: Upload Photo, Caste and Income Certificate (Upload JPEG images for Photo of dimension less than 150px(width) X 200px(Height) and size below 20KB, Upload Caste,Income certificates in PDF format and size Should be less than 100KB)
Step 6: Accept the Willingness Letter
Step 7: Verify and Click ‘Submit’ button. Application number will be displayed and note it.
Step 8: Take Printout of the Application form
Step 9: Submit the Application form in your Educational Institution for Verification.
